TORONITA EPS FOAM DENSIFIERS
Our EPS Foam Densifiers are designed to extrude a continuous ribbon of densified material. They densify polystyrene and other materials up to 25 lbs. per cubic foot while reducing volume up to 50:1. Densification of 16 lbs. per cubic foot will fill a trailer with 40,000 lbs. of densified material-reduces transportation costs. Stacks on pallets for convenient storage and shipping. Operates on pressure – no heat or chemicals to degrade polymer. Designed for low maintenance and easy operation.
Optional accessories include a hydraulic oil cooler as well as a material prebreaker, air conveyor and storage bag over machine hopper.
There are six standard models in the series:
MODEL 15X
The output capacity for expanded polystyrene material is up to 50 lbs. per hour. The machine is equipped with a 5 HP motor operating at 208, 230 or 460 volts, with a 20 gallon reservoir.
MODEL 30X
The output capacity for expanded polystyrene material is up to 100 lb. per hour. The machine is equipped with a 10 HP motor operating at 208, 230 or 460 volts, with a 30 gallon reservoir.
MODEL 30XP
The output capacity for expanded polystyrene material is up to 150 lbs. per hour, vs. 100 lbs. per hour for a standard model 30X. The machine is equipped with a 10 HP motor operating at 208, 230 or 460 volts, with a 30 gallon reservoir.
MODEL 60X
The output capacity for expanded polystyrene material is up to 200 lbs. per hour. The machine is equipped with a 15 HP motor operating at 230 or 460 volts, with a 180 gallon reservoir.
MODEL 60XP
The output capacity for expanded polystyrene material is up to 400 lbs. per hour, vs. up to 200 lbs. for a standard Model 60X. The machine is equipped with a 15 HP motor operating at 230 or 460 volts, with a 180 gallon reservoir.
MODEL 120XP
The output capacity for expanded polystyrene material is up to 600 lbs. per hour. The machine is equipped with a 20 HP motor operating at 230 or 460 volts, with a 250 gallon reservoir.
